Hey! ~Maddy

Hey everyone! It's Maddy. :-) How is everyone doing? Today, I thought that I'd talk a little bit about a show that my dance school recently did. I hope that you all enjoy it! 

 Two times a year my dance school puts on a big show. It's always so much fun! This one was our summer show, and than we also do the Nativity in December. 

( I'm the one with my leg up in the air ;-) 

This year, we themed our show on Hymns. It was definitely different from what we're used to, but I really liked it. The picture above was of me and my friends practicing our dance to Amazing Grace before the show. 

We dance for many hours getting ready for our shows, but it's always worth it. I love dancing and I love getting to do it with some of my best friends. The picture above was also taken before the show, while we were practicing. We did this dance to Great is thy Faithfulness.

 While we do work hard, we also have fun as well. ;-) Everyday at the theatre we have certain themes. Normally they are Disney day, pink day, beach day, super hero day, and pajama day. ( They do change sometimes though ) it's really fun though because we all dress up. The picture above is some of us on Disney day. :-)

I dont know if anyone still reads or checks this blog anymore. But if you are still a reader of this blog I will tell you what I am doing and have not posted in FOREVER!!!!!!!!!

1: Track started
Yep! It takes a lot of hard working, training, and time to run! But I LOVE it!!! And my track team rocks and is so supportive! Who else runs track?

2: Ballet started!!!
Yep! It ALSO takes a lot of hard working, training, and time to do! But I LOVE it!!! I take from a really sweet girl just 10 minutes from my house and the lessons are affordable! :)
So, on Monday night ballet started back up, and my teacher pulled me aside and asked if I would want to en pointe!!!! WHAT???? OF COURSE!!!!! NO, I didn't really say that! It was more like, "umm... yes..."
SO, I go on Saturday to get my first pair... *AH* I am beyond excited!!!
